The Personality Hub is a social networking site that allows you to interact with other members. The site is operated by The Personality Hub. To become a member of the The Personality Hub web site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Event Waiver. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms after you read this Agreement, you may not use The Personality Hub.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of The Personality Hub or use the Web site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

TERM
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Web site and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason from your account management page. The Personality Hub may terminate your membership for any reason, at any time. If The Personality Hub terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
The Personality Hub reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which The Personality Hub Web Site is offered by posting ammended terms to this Web site, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of The Personality Hub Web Site.

EVENT POLICY
Remember that you are representing The Personality Hub while participating in any The Personality Hub event! Please conduct yourself in such a way as not to detract from the enjoyment of the other Participants (at all times). Please adhere to the following guidelines when attending an event:

• Any member with excessive behavioral complaints will have their membership revoked



• Firearms/weapons are prohibited on all Events



• Illegal drugs and substances of any kind are prohibited on all Events



• People under the age of 18 are not permitted at any The Personality Hub events



• By Attending an event, you agree to allow any photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by The Personality Hub.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO The Personality Hub OR CONTENT POSTED ON THIS SITE
The Personality Hub does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to The Personality Hub (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any The Personality Hub Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting The Personality Hub, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Such content received through the Service may be displayed, reformatted, and printed by you for your personal, non-commercial use only and at all times used solely in connection with the Service in accordance with the Agreement.
